1. Cannabis Product Return Policy

Due to state and federal regulations governing cannabis products:

  • All cannabis sales are final.
  • We cannot accept returns of cannabis products once they have left our facility.
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy is in place to comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We will work with you to resolve issues involving:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

To Report an Issue:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the product and packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

If approved, we may offer:

  • Store credit

3. Non-Cannabis Merchandise

For eligible non-cannabis merchandise (such as accessories, apparel, or promotional items):

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:
